🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

2. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

3. Local Shipping – Philippines

For locally sourced items, please allow the following estimated delivery time:

Processing / Warehouse Arrival:
Approximately 2–3 business days

Metro Manila:
An additional 3–4 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Provincial Areas:
An additional 5–12 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, peak-season volume, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Overseas / International Items

For products sourced from overseas, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 8–14 business days.

5. International Shipping Charges, Taxes & Duties

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for applicable international shipping charges and, where applicable, import duties, customs taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any shipping charges collected by Ichiban Tekno at checkout will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or government charges imposed by the destination country may not be included in the amount paid at checkout.

The actual amount may vary depending on the destination country, product classification, declared value, and applicable customs regulations.

📦 DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order.

This includes:

• Full name
• Complete delivery address
• Barangay
• City/Municipality
• Province
• Postal code
• Active mobile number

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel being returned to Ichiban Tekno.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated failed delivery attempts attributable to the customer, additional re-delivery or shipping charges may apply.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled when the following conditions are met:

• The order has not yet been processed or fulfilled; and
• The order was not purchased using Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods such as GGives, Skyro, or BillEase.

Cancellation requests should be made within 48 business hours from the time the order was placed.

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team through our available support channels.

Once an order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure may apply.

BNPL Orders

Orders paid using GGives, Skyro, BillEase, or other BNPL/payment-financing services may be subject to the respective provider's cancellation, refund, and financing terms.

Customers should contact Ichiban Tekno as soon as possible if they wish to cancel a BNPL order.

🔄 RETURNS

1. 7-Day Return Window

For return requests, Ichiban Tekno provides a 7-calendar-day return window, beginning from the date the order is received.

Requests submitted after the applicable 7-day period may no longer qualify for a voluntary return or exchange.

Important: This 7-day return period does not remove or limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Philippine consumer-protection laws for defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

2. Return Eligibility

For a voluntary return or exchange, the item should generally be:

• In new and unused condition;
• Complete with all original accessories;
• Complete with applicable freebies;
• Complete with tags and labels;
• With original seals intact, where applicable;
• In resalable condition;
• In its original packaging; and
• Free from customer-caused damage.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged upon delivery;
• Defective or not functioning properly;
• Missing advertised parts, accessories, or freebies; or
• Different from the product you ordered;

please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy available under the applicable warranty and Philippine consumer-protection laws.

4. Incorrect Product

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

Where the product can be identified without opening the original packaging, please keep the item sealed until our support team provides further instructions.

If the item must be opened to determine whether the correct product was delivered, contact us before taking further action whenever possible.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns:

• Gift cards;
• Downloadable software products;
• Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or modified by the customer;
• Products with missing accessories, freebies, or components;
• Products that are no longer in their original condition or packaging.

This list does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers for products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fail to conform to the transaction.

🔋 BATTERIES & ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Batteries and electronic components may naturally experience wear over time and may be subject to specific manufacturer warranty terms.

A battery may be considered for warranty or return assistance when it is:

• Bulging or physically swollen;
• Not functioning as intended; or
• Confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Normal battery capacity degradation resulting from ordinary use is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

📸 RETURN REQUEST REQUIREMENTS

To help us process your request quickly, customers may be asked to provide:

• Order number;
• Proof of purchase;
• Photos of the product;
• Photos of the original packaging;
• Video demonstrating the reported defect, when applicable;
• Photos of any shipping or physical damage; and
• Photos showing the product's serial number/IMEI, when applicable.

For damaged parcels, customers are strongly encouraged to document the package and product immediately upon receipt.

💰 REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, Ichiban Tekno will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time and applicable refund procedures.

The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit-card provider, e-wallet, BNPL provider, or other payment service.

For BNPL purchases, refunds may be subject to the applicable terms and procedures of GGives, Skyro, BillEase, or the relevant financing/payment provider.

🔁 EXCHANGES

We may offer an exchange when a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for replacement under the applicable return or warranty terms.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from Ichiban Tekno.

For approved returns, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For voluntary returns that are not due to a defect, damage, incorrect product, or failure to conform to the order, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
